About ThirtyMins Limited: ThirtyMins Limited is a leading halal food delivery company dedicated to providing quick and delicious dining experiences for our customers in London. We're expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join us in our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and Manage Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with restaurants to ensure a diverse and appealing selection for our customers.

2. Customer Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for partner restaurants, ensuring excellent communication and addressing any concerns promptly.

3. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.

4. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for collaboration.

5. Office and Field Work: Balance time between office work for strategy planning and fieldwork for meetings with potential and existing partners.

6. Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate terms and conditions with restaurants, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the food delivery industry.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the halal food market in London is a plus.
