Independent Contractor Agreement

This Independent Contractor Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Thirtymins Limited, registered at Lock Studios, 7 Corsican Sq, London E3 3YD ("Company"), and [Contractor Name], residing at [Contractor Address] ("Contractor"), effective as of [Effective Date].

The Company hereby engages the Contractor as an independent contractor to provide food delivery services using the Company's platform or mobile application ("App").

The Contractor agrees to provide food delivery services to customers of the Company as directed through the App. The Contractor acknowledges that they have the necessary skills, experience, and qualifications to perform the services.

The Contractor shall be paid a fee per delivery completed, as specified by the Company and subject to change at the Company's discretion. Payment shall be made through the App or other designated payment method. The Contractor agrees that they are responsible for any taxes or deductions related to their earnings.

4. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the Contractor. Similarly, the Contractor may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the Company. Upon termination, the Contractor shall cease providing services for the Company.

The Contractor acknowledges that they are responsible for maintaining their own insurance coverage, including but not limited to vehicle insurance, liability insurance, and health insurance. The Contractor agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Contractor's performance of services under this Agreement.

This Agreement is non-exclusive, and the Contractor is free to provide similar services to other companies or individuals.

The Contractor agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information belonging to the Company or its customers.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [UK]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in [UK].

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.

By accepting deliveries through the Company's App, the Contractor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
