Job Description: We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Assistant to maintain and enhance our social media presence, produce engaging video content, and design eye-catching graphics. The ideal candidate will have experience in running successful social media ad campaigns with a primary focus on increasing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Professionally edit and produce video content for social media and promotional purposes
• Create compelling graphics and visual content for social media, ads, and other marketing materials
• Develop and implement social media advertising strategies to boost engagement and drive sales
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and identity
• Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation
• Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
• Strong graphic design skills with experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Demonstrated success in running social media ad campaigns and increasing sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
